Cancellation Fee

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment carry a fee of 50% of the booking total. No cancellation fee applies with 24 hours’ notice or more. Proposed policy for review. No money is charged in this preview.

Appointments & Walk-ins

Appointments take priority. A walk-in can be accepted when the service fits before the next booking. Preview bookings are test appointments only.

Changes & Cancellations

Please give 24 hours’ notice. Use your private booking link to cancel or reschedule. To reschedule closer to your appointment, call the shop.

Running Late

Please call if you’re running late. The proposed policy allows rescheduling after 10 minutes if needed to protect the next appointment, with discretion for emergencies.
